Office hours

Professor Frank can be reached in his office (room 126/127, 1st floor, Garbenstr. 28, 70599 Stuttgart) most Thursdays between 11:00 and 12:00. Office hours may be canceled on occasion during the lecture-free time. Please check this site for current information. 

Emails cannot be answered.

Please do not enquire about information that can be easily found on the university homepage and in the syllabus (Modulkatalog or Vorlesungsverzeichnis). 

Bachelor and Master of Science theses

Students who are interested in currently available Bachelor of Science or Master of Science theses are invited to visit Prof. Frank during office hours. Emails requesting information on theses cannot be answered.

Studying abroad

Students who are interested in a BSc or MSc research project related to human nutrition or food science at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala (Sweden) or Chalmers Technical University in Gothenburg can receive more detailed information from Dr. Frank during office hours.
